This Disclaimer applies to the Atreyo online store at www.atreyo.in and to the information published there. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. About the information on the store
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, datasheets, pricing, and stock status accurate and current. Even so, information can occasionally be incomplete, dated, or contain typographical errors. Product designs evolve — we frequently improve firmware, add new interfaces, revise power supplies, or update certifications. Where the store and the current datasheet at docs.atreyo.in differ, the datasheet is the authoritative reference. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors before we accept an order.
2. It is your responsibility to check fitness for purpose
Atreyo products are industrial components. Whether a particular product is right for your application depends on many things — the network you're integrating with, the physical environment, the power supply, regulatory requirements, and the technical expertise of the person who will install and configure it. Please read the datasheet, application notes, and — where available — the compatibility matrix before you buy. If you have any doubt about whether a product suits your use case, write to us at support@atreyo.in before you place the order. Recommendations we make in response to such a query are given in good faith on the information you share; the final decision is yours.
3. Not for life-safety or mission-critical use
Our products are not designed, tested, or certified for use in applications where a failure could reasonably be expected to cause death, serious injury, or major environmental damage — for example, life-support systems, primary medical monitoring, nuclear-facility control, aircraft flight controls, or weapons systems. If you deploy an Atreyo product in such an application, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. We disclaim all liability for such use.
4. Third-party equipment and software
Our products often work alongside third-party equipment, cloud services, or software libraries. We can confirm compatibility only against versions we have tested at a specific point in time. Third-party updates may change or break compatibility without notice. Where we ship a product with third-party firmware, drivers, or open-source components, those items are governed by their own licences (details bundled with the product); we make no representation beyond those licences.
5. External links and references
Where the store links to external sites — regulatory portals, open-source repositories, third-party documentation, industry standards, articles on our blog — those links are for convenience. We do not control the destinations, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or security. Follow those links at your own discretion.
6. Content is not professional advice
Application notes, blog posts, tutorials, and reference designs on our website and documentation portal are educational. They are not engineering, legal, regulatory, financial, or medical advice for your specific project. Please consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to your circumstances.
7. Regulatory certifications
Where a product carries a specific certification (BIS, WPC/ETA for radio devices, IP-rating, and so on), the certification is limited to the scope stated on the certificate. For the current status of any certification, please contact support@atreyo.in.
8. Availability of the store
We do our best to keep the store up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, upgrades, infrastructure incidents, or force-majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for orders that could not be placed, prices that changed, or opportunities missed during such periods.
9. Limit of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atreyo, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from reliance on information published on the store or in product documentation.
